I have been teaching Antenatal classes across the East Midlands in Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire for nearly a decade. I know how to take your concerns and confusion around birth, and turn them into knowledge and excitement. I empower birth partners with the skills & techniques to best support mum through her labour, birth & beyond. I will even teach you how to care for your little one once they are here.
