Join us each week, or whenever you can attend, for an hour long, bite-size chunk of evidence based, informative and beneficial birth education taught in a fun and informal style. These in-depth antenatal classes in Nottingham, are designed for those who want to feel fully informed about their upcoming birth, and would like to learn coping and comfort techniques, but are short on time. The classes are held in the comfort of my pet and smoke free home in Upper Saxondale,Nottinghamshire but are easily accessed by those living in Lincolnshire and Leicestershire too. Each of my Antenatal classes include refreshments, access to class and community whatsapp groups for friendship and peer support, and the knowledge that you will have access to my support throughout your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
